At One Heart One Pulse, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached. Please ensure that items are free from signs of wear or damage. You’ll be eligible for a store credit or exchange on these items.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees for returning items are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, only store credit or exchanges.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Under Australian consumer law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item is faulty, significantly different from what was shown or described, or is unfit for its intended purpose. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a description and photos of the fault.

In such cases, we’ll cover return shipping and process your refund, repair, or replacement as soon as possible.

How to Make a Return

  1. Contact us at oneheartonepulse@gmail.com with your order number and details about the return.
  2. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to ship your item back.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange or store credit. For faulty items, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

Additional Information

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
